Returns/Exchanges

We can only process returns/exchanges for items directly that were purchased from Perspective-Book.com within 15 days of purchase. Purchase date and name of purchaser are required as proof of purchase.

Note that it takes 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.

We only refund your shipping costs to us if the exchange is a result of our error. Such refunds are paid by check and mailed back separately from your order within 3-4 weeks. In most cases, though, you will receive your refund much sooner.

Refunds for your return shipping costs will not be issued for any item that has obvious signs of use or not returned in the condition it was received. This counts for any item not returned in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

We cannot exchange items damaged or lost in shipping. Shipping insurance is not offered. Shipping is done at one's own risk. Such terms and conditions of shipping were required reading during the payment process.

Refunds

Cancelling Orders

We can cancel an order if it has not already been processed and shipped, which is usually done within 24 hours of being placed.

Shipping

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of order receipt (Monday–Saturday).

USPS MEDIA MAIL: 2-9 day delivery. Check shipping address before ordering. Incorrectly addressed packages are not returned to sender. This method is not insured or trackable but delivery confirmation is provided. If lost, we will not be able to locate or replace your order. Postal inspectors also have the right to open and inspect any Media Mail orders at their discretion.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL: 2-3 day delivery. No shipping insurance offered. Delivery confirmation (which is not the same a tracking), however, is included.

USPS EXPRESS MAIL: 1-2 day delivery. Overnight to most US areas. Insurance up to $100 and tracking is included. Signature confirmation is not provided.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Orders are not insured and done at one's own risk. Shipping costs increase dramatically with more than one book. Ordering multiple books in separate orders is recommended.

Our Privacy Policy

Artistech Books is sensitive to the privacy interests of consumers and believe that the protection of those interests is one of its most significant responsibilities. In acknowledgment of its obligations, we have adopted the following Privacy Policy applicable to information about consumers acquired in the course of business:
